Since most of you probably know me I wont really go into any details, but one - I have spent my entire Orkfia career in Countdown for either good or bad.
The ally itself has had many rises and declines. As each ally we have always claimed that we are the best - in some cases we were in others we were not but that is not really important.

What is important to me is that Orkfia and Countdown in particular has given me what no other game has - really good friends - friends for which I care and I know they care for me as well. Unfortunately the part from Orkfia that gave you a chance to meet new people is dead and gone and I cannot see any way that this will change any time soon.
I do see alot of people claiming how good willing they are and how much they want to make a change but somehow everything is just not happening. Still, out of our love for the game itself we have stayed here trying to keep the game alive... trying to spark some competition out of what is left. What we failed to see is that the game does not really need competition - the game actually needs someone to blame for its misfortune. Instead of focusing on how to improve it and bring back the excitement it gave us we are just searching for someone to blame. Unfortunately this someone was us.

We took all the blames for everything and did our best not to really take it serious for the sake of the game (not that we really sucesseded here :P) but we had have enough.

What personally was the last drop for me was being accused of scaring the noobs away. I hope that there are some of the so called “noobs” here that have had iterations with me in game. They will testify that I have always been against targeting new players. I have personally approached elders of allies we war and have requested lists of new players so that we dont target them - or at least give them a chance. I am not saying that it always happened this way but atleast I gave it a try. Still some certain ally even after knowing who our noobs are decided to kill them even before they reached 2k acres just for fun. Oh and of course they send us the nice “oops” PMs. Needless to say the noobs quit. So to recap - we are blamed for everything and still everyone is doing the same.

Most of the people around beleive the game will be better without us. Well... for the sake of Orkfia I do hope you are right cuz CD will be paused in 6-20 hours and we wont be returning. This will of course reduce the player base with 11 active and good players and one insane crazy swearing drunk elder, who I highly value as a friend - but that should not be a problem for you awesome guys because you will do so much better when there is no CD to blame.

I would like to thank Kotarak for recruiting me to countdown in age 9 of old Orkfia. It was one hell of a ride and I really enjoyed every second/tick/age of it.

I would also like to thank OG/GO (17/71) who are the only bright side that this game has. Thanks guys for being so awesome (especially you Halcyon - but you can find additional info in the PM send to you ).

I would also like to thank all the CD members from the current ally who despite being hated and pounded so much sucked it up and stayed with the dying game despite they desire to quit.

A special thanks go to Sweets as well. Even though you left us quite unexpectedly I still enjoyed playing with you and I highly appreciate how you were able to always be reasonable and do whats right as both - player and staff. I do not hold anything against you and I truly wish you all the best.

I will keep my account and probably will log from time to time to see where the game is going but I will not return to playing it again and I believe most of the CD members are going to do the same.
