when did I hear about when we lost connection or when we got it back?

well this seem to happen almost every day for me but never for this long

so with that being said its probly not fix and i will expect it to happen again within 36 hours

ah well we lost “connection” 9hrs ago and it lasted for about 6hrs until i could contact our admin to help resolve it :P

eh comcast should not have any problems with routing...i presume the aatw server is located in eu or aus?

WH, if you still have problems accessing the aatw server without the help of a proxy I suggest you get in touch with Comcast tech support so they can fix it. I highly discourage you all using proxies because it opens up a lot of opportunities for people to penetrate your network/pc (even if you're behind a hardware/software firewall)

As far as I know the AatW server is nowadays located in the Netherlands.

Just for the record, I had some serious trouble accessing this game a couple days ago. For two days, the site wouldn't load anything. A proxy worked though

oh shit looks like I'm experiencing login issues on my end. At the moment I can access the game at home only by using a proxy but I can login fine if I'm at work.

However, unlike the issue describe on this thread I can ping the aatw server fine which means this isn't a L3 issue. I tried capturing some packets and got the redirect html over to the new domain but after that the tcp stops which is weird. Normally I should be getting an error like fin/dead but L4 is at established. Or is there an ACL applied on the webserver that filters application layer traffic now?
