I'd say a good start is by having more oldies coming back to orkfia and give this game a few more full alliances challenging the top spot instead of what we are seeing now~

1) remove heritage, implement balancing suggestions to make the game more playable
2) send out email blast inviting back all prior players since Ork began with bullet points as to why it's interesting to join now
3) banner exchange
4) voting
5) PR articles on gamer sites
6) army of players hitting other game boards posting links, banners, etc in sigs, direct links, etc - in a way that's not as much spam as on topic, but trollish.

This is a cheap guerilla style campaign we could employ and add to.
