In honor of Halloween, tribes declared both inactive + dead will end up here to reduce the number of inactive tribes getting defected between smaller alliances.
Once a tribe logs back in it will be possible to merge back into an active alliance just like usual. Tribes in here will remain paused and outside the regular rankings.

Woot. Then give the alli a nice name of course too, like 'The Hallows' or something like that :)

Now let's hope they won't get the #1 spot of course (or is there a max on the alli :P)

Oh btw this happens only on defection, so there's no need to worry unless you got an elder that's keen on kicking you out.
