Ingame chat disabled

Due to some problems the ingame chat is disabled for now, we will be looking into finding a solution for it.

Ingame chat is back, for the moment without the fancy markup stuff that used to be in the previous one, but we have a new fancy feature
If you're an elder you can go to the elder options and fill in the details of your irc channel and the chatlinker will join and link the ingame chat to irc
(only works if you are on the netgamers irc server)
