@30% science: 200 less Hostility required to declare war ---> 25% higher thief/mage damage
Growth Research
1% science gives 0.1% cheaper units ---> 0.15% (max 15%)
Politics Research
@60% science: 5 more acres settled per month ---> +5% offense
Buildings
Barracks
1% buildings gives 1% cheaper units --->1% buildings gives 0.75% cheaper units
Thievery Operations
Infiltrate
Operation made a lot more expensive (2.25x TPs required)
Races
Balrog
Balrog will now get half gains on draft
Off Devil 16/0 ---> 15/0
Def Occultist 0/16 ---> 0/15
Oleg Hai
Sending both generals gives 115% off, 130% land gains, 130% damage will be changed to 110% off, 125% gains, 125% damage
Raven
Strength in Numbers: 85% of normal military losses ---> 75% of normal military losses
