The age is almost over. Time to change almost everything!

New Event Added “Lunar Eclipse”
Chance: Uncommon
Duration: Medium
Effect: Gives race-based positive/negative bonuses


War
Damage
Keep: +5% gradual increase for first ten (10) hours
Change: +5% damage increments for hours 10-15 --> 0-5% (random) incremental increases after hour 10, until maximum 150% is reached.

Spoils
RP bonus is instantly given into alliance uninvested whenever kills occur in war.
RP = (alliance_size * (2 * log10 (size_of_killed_tribe) - 6))
If killed tribe was <1000 acres: 0 RP Gain
2000 acres: 0.6021 RPA
3168 acres: 1 RPA

Boze (WAR ONLY)
Description: War makes thieves restless and greedy. They drink to celebrate the legend of the great thief, Boze. What they do next is unspeakable!
Acres required: 5,000
Cost: Arson * 7.5
Chance: Difficult
TPA required: 10
Effect: Target's resource buildings and resources in tribe.
Destroys 15% Mines, 15% Yards, 5% Farms, 10% Barracks.
Steals 2500 cr per Mine destroyed + 15% of crs in tribe. Maximum crs target_acres*300
Steals 1250 kgs per Farm destroyed + 25% of kgs in tribe. Maximum kgs target_acres*100
Steals 125 logs per Yard destroyed + 15% of logs in tribe. Maximum logs target_acres*5
Converts 25 citizens into basics per Barrack destroyed +1.5% (creates new resources) of target citizen_population. Maximum basics target_acres*2
Tribes less than 40% of current size cannot be targeted.

Hobbit (Human Thief)

A Hobbit friend is a friend for life, these short but big-hearted people will help you when you need it most. As well as having the fastest thieves, this is the only race that can provide aid to alliance mates. The Hobbit’s tendency for feasting can be a burden however as they will eat you out of house and home!

Selfless: able to provide aid to allies via Weather's Light and Templu Amblo

Resolve of the Rejected: Some disagree with your choice to go all or nothing and their scorn has only hardened your resolve in battle. Sending both generals gives 110% off, 125% land gains, 125% damage.
Master of Persuasion: Harpies are mercenary unit. Harpies can be trained instantly from citizens. As much as 40% of total population can be trained as Harpies. Harpies disband 4 months after being trained. As the tribe expands, Harpies are less expensive.
Kamikaze: Harpies have 100% mortality rate when attacking in successful combat (all die)

Vampires are immortal when attacking and defending --> Vampires cannot be killed (combat/LB/ambush/etc)


Synergy
Humans: 1RP per 4,000 citz -> 1 RP per 3,000 citz
Orks: +10% military losses inflicted -> +15% attack damage
Winged: -10% military losses -> -25% losses
