Scarlet - September 2020

These are preliminary age changes. Subject to change based on player feedback, and developer availability.

Thievery
All operations now grant 4 instead of 3 fame per building destroyed
Arson grants 6 fame per building destroyed.

Engineered Explosives
grants 4000 crowns per building destroyed (again).

Scarlet - September 2020

Smaller changes. Decided the new race can wait as we move the focus elsewhere.
