Here are the changes for this age.

Adjustments for reduced alliance size
Raid minimum citizens killed increased to target land * 4 (from *2)
Increase minimum citizens killed from fireball & poison water by 25

Death
Reducing the % of land you retain upon being killed.
New formula: 500 + ticks_elapsed * 2 + [ if died (old_land * 0.1 * (1 + ticks_alive / 672) ]
Existing formula: 500 + ticks_elapsed * 1.5 + [ if died (old_land * 0.1 * (1 + 2 * ticks_alive / 672) ]

Hostility
Increase hostility gained by destroying a building from 1->2
Increased hostility from killing citizens 1/250 citizens -> 1/ 150 (this still excludes fireball, and now excludes poison water)
Fireball hostility increased from 3 -> 5
Poison water generates 7 hostility per operation (it used to be based on citizens)

Off Blackclaw 3/0 190 cr ( 3/0 250cr)
Def Razorwing 0/6 540 cr
Elite Blackwing 5/4 950 cr (from 5/5 850 cr)
Thief Screecher 0/0 275 cr

25% of normal military losses
Homes hold 175 citizens, hideouts hold 20 citizens, others hold 5 citizens
Barracks hold 40 military
Farms produce 60% of normal
Mines produce 60% of normal
Yards produce 60% of normal
Starting Money: -25%
+50% crowns gained from pillage & raid (added)
